Welcome to Classics/Art 329
This is a highly personal course about the history of art, film and popular culture in France and Germany and particularly in America.
The course is taught by University of Arizona Regents Professor David Soren.
Sometimes guests drop by. In the past we have had class visits from Lew Ayres, Tony Franciosa, The Dixie Chicks, director Robert Wise, Star Wars designer Harry Lange, Russ Tamblyn and his family, Celtic singer Loreena McKennitt, and many others. This year, due to budget cuts in the university and state, we may have nobody or there could still be some big surprises in Centennial Hall.
